Returns Policy
Whilst we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Redmoon Overland, there may be a situation, where the item is no longer required or appropriate. We ask that you do contact us before returning items, if you require an exchange, we can advise you of the postage costs for us sending replacement items. Items are returned at your own expense.

Returned items must be unused, all labels and tags should remain attached, and the item returned with all the original packaging. Items can be return within 14 working days of receiving the item. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. You the customer must pay the cost of returning the item. On receipt of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that your debit/credit card/PayPal has been refunded. All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving back the item for refund.
All personalised items are not covered by the right to cancel. Please check your order is correct as once placed, personalised orders cannot be cancelled.
Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
